Right from the moment the order was placed, there has been consistent and prompt communication every step of the journey (including pictures of when the product was ready). Even in a small hiccup of needing extra information during customs process, they were incredibly prompt in responding to both the carrier and me. Packing was bulletproof and needed surgical precision to unpack. Putting together was fairly straight forward. Their included inventory page was incredibly helpful. "What can I say? The workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail are all hallmarks of Furnicheer's work!
I had ordered a Prayer Unit and Subhangi Madam and her team were kind enough to accommodate various changes that I kept on asking during the design phase making it essentially an Engineer-to-Order product.
Right from initial contact to end product delivery, Team Furnicheer were very patient and understood our needs very well. Detailed 2D drawings were shared with us for each iteration of the design that the product went through.
Even during the manufacturing process, we were kept informed of the various stages that the product was going through. Shipping such a heavy item (~110 Kgs) to Canada was also stress free with regular updates from DHL at each & every step.
Product Assembly videos that were shared with us for doing the final Assembly of the unit were professionally made and very structured as I did not have to reach out to Furnicheer for any clarification in the assembly process as well.
In the end, it all turned out really well as the finished product really stands out from what's available in the market from other competitors. It has a premium & exclusive feel to it and frankly that's what we had been wanting & desiring in our home mandir. This also reflects in the compliments that we received from our family & friends who have seen the Mandir unit. Really happy & fortunate to have found Furnicheer while browsing through various websites!

"Ordered this beautiful piece of art from FurnicheerStudio and it is exactly same as the image. Every single piece of this temple has been carefully crafted and with the assembly instructions along with the installation video, it is not that difficult to put together. I had to pay customs duty here in Australia but its worth it. I didn't use the supplied LED lights instead used a Philips Hue LED strip light but can confirm that the lights were in working condition. (The shipment arrived in a solid wooden box)."
