She even helped customize a few things for us. Once the order was placed she sent us all the installation details and videos which were extremely useful. The packaging was top notch and we were so relieved that it was delivered without any issues. I give them 5 stars on their professionalism and quality of the product and would highly recommend furnicheer to anyone looking for any furniture. They also have great options to choose from.

This was a big purchase and the 1st time I have ordered something from India that had to go thru international shipment, customs, delivery etc. Everything went smoothly to the plan and the shipment arrived extremely well packed. The assembly instructions (especially the videos) were extremely simple and I could get it together in about 3 hours. Overall very impressed with the design, quality, craftmanship and ease of assembly. I highly recommend Furnicheer & team for their products.

Right from the moment the order was placed, there has been consistent and prompt communication every step of the journey (including pictures of when the product was ready). Even in a small hiccup of needing extra information during customs process, they were incredibly prompt in responding to both the carrier and me. Packing was bulletproof and needed surgical precision to unpack. Putting together was fairly straight forward. Their included inventory page was incredibly helpful. Ultimately, the quality blew our minds. We continue to admire the design and workmanship and am sure will continue to enjoy our worshiping nook for years to come!

I had been searching for this product in specific color for nearly 4 years and I am thrilled it finally arrived early in fact the seller was incredibly responsive , even replying to my messages in the middle of the night and sending extra pictures up on request . The package was excellent , and the installation was easy thanks to the video and manual provided I asked for it to arrive in time for Ganesha festival and the seller made it happen though the mandapam looked small at first , once it is decorated I was amazed at how spacious it was it fit all my items, even my smaller mandapam inside it . You can do so many beautiful decorations with it. I highly recommend this product and sincerely wish the seller continued success . Product shipped in DHL import was easy process as seller was informing everything .

We hired installers to drill into concrete to hang it, and they were extremely happy with the quality of the installation hardware that comes with this, they said it’s the best they’ve seen, and it allowed us to have a very clean look. We really couldn’t be happier. Furnicheer was super communicative from before we ordered all the way through delivery. Highly recommend!
