Warranty

• Lifetime warranty on material, workmanship and manufacturing.
• It will be based on the Standard Operating procedures governing product warranties and the manufacturer's decision in handling such warranties shall be final and bearing on the customer.
  

The warranty excludes:

• Natural wear and tear like:
  • Changing of metal and wood finish over time
  • Seasonal or climactic contraction and expansion of wood
  • Softening of foam composites from use
  • Deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions
  • Fading of fabrics over time 
• Damage caused by impact, cuts, scratches, accidents.
• Improper storage, assembly, or installation, inappropriate use, or incorrect cleaning methods or products.
• If the product is subjected to repackaging and relocation.
• If repairs and modifications or any kind of alterations have been found to be carried out by external agencies.
• Any consequential damage or losses.
• Does not cover Mirrors, Glass, Stone, Marble, Acrylic, Fabric or Upholstery.
