Warranty Policy
We at Furnicheer carefully inspect the quality of raw materials prior to manufacture and the finished product prior to shipment. We share the product images in various stages of production from drawing board(for custom) to raw to finished to package. We keep the customer engaged throughout. We also have a 3-layer foolproof packaging that includes a soft protective layer to protect the finish, a foam layer to provide cushioning against damages, and a hard wooden box
We use the ICA Color tintometric system tool to get the various hues of stains which has preassigned proportions to maintain consistency in color. It is to be noted that colors appear differently on different screens. Also wood tends to take the color differently depending on its characteristic which is variable to a large extent.No 2 products with similar specifications will be identical
DELIVERY
Defects & damages in the product must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. Products must be inspected promptly by the customer for damage and defects at the time of delivery. Issues not presented within 24 hours of delivery will not be considered. If the customer finds a material defective in material or workmanship in any product, part, or component, the customer must report such defect supported by images and video. The product in question will be verified by Brown Sparrow to assess the legitimacy of the complaint. Furnicheer will replace the part or product as the case may be.
Material and Workmanship Warranty
We give a warranty against faulty material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sales by repairing or replacing the faulty product that may be found during such period.
Scope of Warranty
- Manufacturing and material defects.
- Wood finishes, provided the use and care of the product are followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedures.
- Joinery of wooden structures.
- All foam composites do naturally soften with use. This softening of foam and fabric does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Dry cleaning of fabric is recommended by a professional agency
- Customer is required to follow suitable wet cleaning of wood surfaces using soft cloth & no aggressive cleaning agents. All products need to be used for the purpose it is created only.
- Customer is required to follow buffing of furniture using recommended compounds only.
- Products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be moved to another location by dragging. This warranty is not extended to the product if subjected to repackaging and relocation.
The warranty does not cover
- It does not extend to consequential damage or losses.
- It does not apply if repairs and modifications or any kind of alterations have been found to be carried out by external agencies.
- It does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
- It does not cover normal wear and tears.
- It does not cover Mirrors, Glass, Stone, Marble, or acrylic.& fabric
- All wood finishes change slightly with time due to the natural behavior of the material. Such a change
- The color hues appear different on different screens. Our colors are coded
- does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- It will be based on the Standard Operating procedures governing product warranties and the manufacturer's decision in handling such warranties shall be final and bearing on the customer.
