Shipping policy

Delivery Timeline: Expect insured doorstep delivery within 5-6 weeks for both domestic (India) and international orders.

Taxes and Duties: The price includes taxes. For international deliveries, any applicable customs duties and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility. We take care of all required paperwork to ensure a smooth process.

Shipping: We partner with DHL/UPS for worldwide shipping.

Insurance: We offer insurance coverage for the products during transit to provide protection against loss or damage. This insurance is included in the shipping cost.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours from the hour of delivery supported by detailed images and videos showing the extent of damage with pictures of labels included. We will work with the insurance provider to facilitate the claims process and provide a suitable resolution.
