Shipping and Delivery:
- We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or the delay in creating the product.
- We will deliver the products to the address provided by the customer during the order placement process. Customer to ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
- We work with trusted third-party delivery partners, namely DHL and Bluedart, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. However, we cannot guarantee their services or any delays that may occur during the transit.
Insurance:
- We offer insurance coverage for the products during transit to provide protection against loss or damage. This transit insurance is included in the price of the product.
- In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours from the hour of delivery supported by detailed images and videos showing the extent of damage with pictures of labels included. We will work with the insurance provider to facilitate the claims process and provide a suitable resolution.
Customs Duties and Charges:
- For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or charges may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and can vary depending on local customs policies. We take care of all shipping and customs paperwork, so all you need to do is pay the customs charges as required by your country.
- While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, please understand that any delays or additional charges due to customs inspections are beyond our control.
Our Roles and Responsibilities:

- Our Operations team will provide you with complete dispatch details, including a tracking code for consignments sent by DHL or the driver's number in the case of a dedicated vehicle.
